Also known as Jasmine Dragon Tears, or Phoenix Dragon Pearls, these hand-rolled leaf-tips are scented with fresh jasmine blossoms, 8 - 10 times before they are rolled into the Dragon's tears...or pearls as they are more apt to be called.  For they shine with sweet, smooth, refreshing flavor.  One of the most aromatic and delicious teas you will have the pleasure to drink!
 
The Brew Ha-Ha:
 
Green Tea comes from the unoxidized leaves of the Camellia Sinensis bush that are harvested during the early Spring.  It is one of the least processed types of tea, containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols, that positively affects digestion, weight loss, liver and heart health, mental and cognitive acuity, as well as enhance skin care, anti-inflammation, and longevity.  It is known to have anti-cancer agents and help against type 2 diabetes.  It can be steamed, ground, or pan-fried to achieve certain flavor profiles, and is simply wonderful whether served as a hot or cold beverage.
