Love me tender, but don't step on my shoes.  This tea looks good, and tastes great!  Smooth and Sweet, but despite its Sencha Green Tea origins it brews to a bright, shimmering blue, instead of the traditional green we've come to know and love about most Sencha teas.  A deliciously deceptive tune.
 
The Brew Ha-Ha:
 
Green Tea comes from the unoxidized leaves of the Camellia Sinensis bush that are harvested during the early Spring.  It is one of the least processed types of tea, containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols, that positively affects digestion, weight loss, liver and heart health, mental and cognitive acuity, as well as enhance skin care, anti-inflammation, and longevity.  It is known to have anti-cancer agents and help against type 2 diabetes.  It can be steamed, ground, or pan-fried to achieve certain flavor profiles, and is simply wonderful whether served as a hot or cold beverage.
