Our Gyokuro Green Tea is an incredible, deep, dark, green-leaf that steeps sweet, with a hint of seaweed, in a brothy body.  Pungent in the nose.  Pleasantly vegetative and brisk for a refreshingly delicious cup.
 
The Brew Ha-Ha:
 
Green Tea comes from the unoxidized leaves of the Camellia Sinensis bush that are harvested during the early Spring.  It is one of the least processed types of tea, containing the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols, that positively affects digestion, weight loss, liver and heart health, mental and cognitive acuity, as well as enhance skin care, anti-inflammation, and longevity.  It is known to have anti-cancer agents and help against type 2 diabetes.  It can be steamed, ground, or pan-fried to achieve certain flavor profiles, and is simply wonderful whether served as a hot or cold beverage.
