Also known as Dong Ding or Tung Ting, this select Taiwanese Oolong is named for the snowy mountain peaks where it is cultivated. After a light oxidation process, the leaves are rolled into semi-balls that steep a sweet, floral, silky-smooth tea that boasts hints of a toasty, woody flavor.
