A green Oolong from Taiwan, this oriental beauty has an aroma of cedar and honey.  The cup is floral with notes of roasted nuts and baked apples that produces a natural sweetness with no astringency.  Processed in the traditional Dong Ding technique, where green leafhoppers are allowed to bite the tea leaves to begin a natural chemical healing that alters the tea.  More oxidized, with a slightly longer baking procedure that separates this tea from other bug-bitten batches.  A truly royal experience.  Heaven in a cup!
