A classic, wickedly delicious Earl Grey black tea.  So named for one of the many stories that depict this tea's inevitable creation.  Aromatic, with a delicate Serville Orange fruitiness delivered from the exquisite Bergamont to create a brew that is both deeply layered and delightfully citrusy.
 
The Brew Ha-Ha:
 
Black Tea comes from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis bush that are harvested from the Spring, Summer, and Fall that are allowed to undergo an oxidization process.  This causes the tea leaves to ripen to a dark brown or black color.  The more oxidization the tea leaves are exposed to determines the flavor of the Black Tea, which can run a pretty wide gamut from mild and sweet to smoky, malty, earthen, and dense and stronger.  It is a full-bodied tea that contains a lot of antioxidants and promotes heart health, has anti-cancer agents, fights inflammation, and works as a digestive aid.
