White Tea is one of China’s Special Treasures, hand-picked from the youngest and most tender leaf tips and buds grown in the mountains of the Fujian province.  It is sun-dried in a laborious and ancient process that captures more of the tea’s incredible health-benefiting properties.  Our Bai Mu Dan, or more commonly called White Peony, yields a fresh and delicate flavor that blooms like flowers in springtime.  Mixed with Lemon Grass, Lemon Myrtle, bits of Lemon Peel, Ginseng and Ginger Roots, and Crystallized Ginger.  Sunrise Sinsation is a cup of life, mixed with love, and in your hands, brewed to perfection.

The Brew Ha-Ha:

White Tea is comprised of new, young tea leaves and buds from the Camellia Sinensis plant that are only harvested a few short weeks each Spring.  Originally grown in China, White Tea production has expanded in recent years to other tea growing countries, such as India, Nepal, & Africa. Consisting of two main styles, Bai Mu Dan, also known as White Peony, and Bai Hao Yin Zhen, more commonly known as Silver Needles, White Tea is labor intensive, handpicked; allowed minimal oxidization and drying in the sun, called Withering, and is appreciated for its delicate flavor and wonderfully soft, sweet, succulent cup.  The closest tea to the bush, White Tea is packed with antioxidants and other health affirming benefits.
